Washington Wave will provide jitney service for bar patrons

Washington Wave jitney service will run on a fixed route that reaches from a parking lot next to downtown and the Washington Avenue District that has seen increasing bar and restaurant popularity in recent years. This is the first new private jitney service officially allowed by the City of Houston in 15 years according to the Houston Chronicle.

The Washington Wave already has Facebook and Twitter accounts.
