The Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA) will present awards to the City of Houston and the City of Waller at the Texas APA Conference in San Antonio this on Friday, October 8, according to H-GAC.
Both awards recognize the cities’ Livable Centers programs, which are described as at H-GAC’s web site:
