People of the Atlanta region to vote on $6.14 billion transportation plan

Elected officials from across the Atlanta region voted unanimously to pass a referendum along to voters across the region to raise a new 1 cent sales tax to fund transportation projects across the region, according to Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
