The Sierra Club lawsuit to stop construction of the proposed SH99 Segment E through the Katy Prairie will see its day in court Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 9am in the Houston US District Court of the Honorable Judge Keith P Ellison, according to an email from the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition:
