Water scarcity is nothing new for some Texans, but last year’s crisis brought the issue to the forefront and many questions have yet to be answered.  To further explore the issue, KUT News, StateImpact Texas and Texas Monthly are running an ongoing series called “Life By the Drop: Drought, Water and the Future of Texas.”
