The cities of College Station and Bryan have agreed to invest in street improvements to attempt to spur development of a bioresearch corridor along their border, according to The Eagle.
The project is primarily focused on attracting a specific $1.2 billion federal research facility and would commit each city to funding infrastructure to suit any facilities that decide to locate there.
