COH parking meters can now be paid by cell phone

City of Houston’s solar powered electronic parking meters can now be paid through cell phones, including alters when time is almost up and the ability to add more funds, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The system works through a vendor called Parkmobile, which has a mobile app.
