University Corridor Public Input Meetings

METRO has announced another round of meetings to get public input on the proposed University Light Rail Line. The meeting is intended to allow the public to comment on environmental issues on the six routes approved by METRO's Board of Directors on December 2006. (Three on each side of Main Street.)

West area:

Between West Alabama, Main Street (Wheeler Station), Bissonnet and Savoy (Hillcroft Transit Center)

What: Open House and Planning Workshop

East area:

Between Eastwood Transit Center, Dumble, Rosedale and Main Street (Wheeler Station)

What: Open House
Date: Tuesday, Mar. 27
Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Hilton Hotel at University of Houston
Address: 4800 Calhoun Rd.

What: Open House and Planning Workshop
Date: Tuesday, Mar. 27
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
