Five Texas cities made Newsweek’s list of “America’s 20 Can-Do Capitals.” Houston wasn’t one of them.
El Paso was number one in the list, which also included San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth.
No other state had so many picks; California was second with two.
The magazine ranked the cities on Sustainability, Livability, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Business Development.
