Urgent pro-transit letter campaign

Tell Congress not to limit Hou

Houston’s transit system is under threat by an unprecedented provision in a Federal transportation bill. If this becomes law, it would specifically disallow federal investment to build high quality transit connecting three of Houston’s seven major downtowns. This will be up for a vote in the U.S. House of Representatives this Monday, June 9. The Houston delegation needs to know that you support expansion of Houston’s transit system.

They need to hear from you TODAY that the people of Houston support Metro and don’t want the future of transit in Houston arbitrarily limited by Congress.
