2011 to 2014 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program
Fiscal Year 2012 July Revisions

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will conduct a public meeting to solicit comments and feedback for the Fiscal Year 2012 July Revisions to the 2011-2014 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The STIP is a mechanism used by TxDOT and the Federal Highway Administration to fund projects for the next four years and includes all federally funded projects. The STIP amendments can be viewed online no earlier than Wednesday, July 6, 2012 at http://www.txdot.gov/business/governments/stips.htm or any TxDOT District Office prior to the meeting. District office locations may be found at http://www.txdot.gov/local_information/.

The public meeting is from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the following locations:

TxDOT – Beaumont District

TxDOT – Houston District

The meeting will be informal and all interested citizens are encouraged to attend. Persons interested in attending the meeting, who have special communication or accommodation needs may contact Travis Milner at (713) 802-5970 at least three days prior to the meeting. TxDOT will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these needs.
