Join leaders from Harris County’s private, public and nonprofit sectors to hear Harris County Judge Ed Emmett’s annual State of the County Address, one of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Signature events. Judge Emmett will discuss the present and future roles and responsibilities of the nation’s third-largest county as it emerges as the economic Gateway to North America.
