Harris County Judge Ed Emmett will comment on the year in review and discuss his county initiatives for 2009 in his State of the County Address, a yearly event sponsored by the Greater Houston Partnership. Members and non-members of GHP can register online through GHPs website, or by downloading a pdf of the registration form and faxing or mailing a printed copy to the address on the form.
