Event Details — H-GAC Transportation Policy Council meeting

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Transportation Policy Council (TPC) will meet on Friday, March 27 at 9:30 am. The council will vote on amendments to the 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and receive updates on the Grand Parkway Terms and Conditions, state legislation, and implementation of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects. The meeting is open to all interested persons.

TPC notes, March 27, 2009

The TPC provides policy guidance and overall coordination of the transportation planning activities within the region. The TPC consists of 24 members representing cities and counties, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) and three at-large members appointed by the H-GAC Board of Directors.
