This public meeting will take place on Monday, March 29, starting at 7 pm, at the Houston Housing Authority Auditorium (map).
The Fourth Ward Redevelopment Authority website includes an event flier, and an email describing the event includes the following details:
HGAC/City of Houston/4th Ward Redevelopment Authority (and a planning team including Design Workshop, Green Door, MWAA, Gunda, RCLCo, Walter P Moore, and Morris) are hosting a public meeting for the 4th Ward Livable Centers planning study. The main focus is hearing information from those in the Freedmans Town study area, but everyone is welcome, and we’d love for anyone to come and learn more about the neighborhood and the project, which is just kicking off. (One part of the study will be looking at improving north-south connectivity across Allen Parkway to Eleanor Tinsley Park to make that park more of an asset to the nearby neighborhoods.
