Super neighborhood councils to meet
The Greater Heights Super Neighborhood Council and the Super Neighborhood No. 22 Council will host a presentation on future transit need by the Houston-Galveston Area Council.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. March 16, at the Heights Fire Station, 107 W 12th.
The presentation is on a HGAC study to identify and prioritize future transit needs in the region for incorporation into the Regional Transportation Plan through the year 2040.
Residents are invited to attend and discuss the purpose and need, and to provide comments to the study team.
The HGAC has set up a Web site which also provides a brief overview of the study which can be seen at www.h-gac.com.

In partnership with Washington Avenue/Memorial Park Super Neighborhood 22 (www.sn22.org), we will be hosting The Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) for a presentation on their study to identify and prioritize future transit needs in our region for incorporation into the Regional Transportation Plan through the year 2040. The meeting will be held at the Heights Fire Station and City Hall, located at 107 W 12th St at the corner of W 12th and Yale. You are all invited to attend this joint meeting to hear about their study, discuss the purpose and need, and to provide comments to the HGAC and the study team.
