Over the past 18 months leaders from the Independence Heights and Northside neighborhoods engaged fellow residents, business owners, and other key stakeholders to develop a unified vision for the future of their changing neighborhoods. These communities have created a plan, established strategies and secured early commitments from neighborhood institutions to take action and make an impact.
