Take charge in your community. See how your area can benefit from what other communities have done and discover resources your neighborhood can take advantage of right now.
Topics will include deed restrictions, volunteers, developing community projects, how to lead meetings, conflict resolution, and networking tools just to name a few.
Early registration is required and payment MUST be received in order to be pre-registered by the September 30 deadline. [Update 10/4/11: Due to popular demand, registration has been extended until October 10, 2011.] For more information, please contact CommunityU@houstontx.gov or 713-837-7803.
