Focused on implementation, Gateway Planning’s hallmark is marrying place-making with the economics of transportation.
In addition to being an associate of the CitiStates Group and participating on ULI Advisory Panels, Scott serves on the board of directors of the National Civic League and the Congress for New Urbanism. Scott has also played an influential role at TxDOT, where he Co-Chairs a committee charged with updating TxDOT’s Project Development Process in order to recognize urbanism through local community plans as well as incorporating urban thoroughfares design criteria within the agency’s roadway design manuals.
