On June 22, the City Council Committee on Regulation, Development and Neighborhood Protection passed the proposed Transit Corridor ordinance on to the full City Council for consideration and action.
On June 30, City Council voted to set a public hearing on the proposed ordinance for Wednesday, July 8, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at:

Houston, TX 77002 (map)
There will be no City Council meetings July 14-15. Therefore, the earliest that City Council would be anticipated to vote on the proposed ordinance would be July 22.
